I never really 'got' the point of a standing desk until I moved to a job that had one. It made such a difference to how my body felt at the end of a day at work and I became a convert. I've recently started redoing my home office now that I work from home each day and one of the first things I did was switch to a convertible sitting and standing desk. It means I can easily switch during the day and get some of those awesome benefits. This blog is all about convertible standing desks for home offices and studies.
